Capital Property Advisor is a 100% Mozambican company that has been providing services in the real estate market since 2021. Although the company is relatively new, its team comprises professionals with more than nine years of experience in property valuation across the entire territory of Mozambique.

CPA’s founder, Nurlain Ibraimo Bavá MRICS, is the only RICS Member in Mozambique, holding the world’s most prestigious and rigorous professional qualification in the real estate sector. The company is currently undergoing certification to become a RICS Regulated Firm.

Since 2021, Capital Property Advisor has maintained a presence in all major provinces and cities, specialising in property consultancy and valuation.
