A CPA dispõe de valências e meios técnicos que lhe permite desenvolver relatórios de avaliação de imóveis pertencentes a qualquer classe de activos, tais como:

Our services are based on criteria of quality and excellence, adhering to internationally accepted Valuation standards, such as IVSC (International Valuation Standards Council), IFRS, RICS, and TEGoVA.
All valuations are preceded by a site inspection, where a survey is carried out to all the characteristics of the property and surroundings that may influence the Market Value to be determined, namely, the type of construction, type of finishing, the general conditions of the property, its layout, the urban and scenic environment, etc.
Valuations can be delivered in physical (hard-copy) or digital (via e-mail) media as a Valuation report.
Todas as avaliações são precedidas de vistoria, onde se realiza o levantamento de todas as características do imóvel e envolvente que podem influir no Valor de Mercado a determinar, nomeadamente, tipo de construção, tipo de acabamentos, estado geral do imóvel, compartimentação, enquadramento urbano e paisagístico, etc.
As avaliações poderão ser entregues em suporte físico (papel) ou informático (via e-mail) sob a forma de relatório de avaliação.
